The lobby and dining areas are beautifully open‑plan with great outdoor landscaping, the rooms are spacious, and the outdoor shower is a nice touch; the staff were the best!

The place is well situated and feels very homely, but the DSTV sports channels are missing rugby (channels 201 and 211), and the shower head and taps in room 8 need fixing.

The breakfasts were delicious, healthy, and plentiful, with a full English spread and a buffet of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cheese, and lovely croissants; we liked everything, the location is brilliant, the staff wonderful, and the stay very affordable and lovely. It was chilly in winter, but hot water bottles were provided, and I would suggest hot blankets if possible.
