Friendly staff. Breakfast was okay, only the coffee could be better—prefer filter coffee. Parking fees were an issue.

The rooms were small but sufficient for two people, and you could even see the lake, but at first there were spider webs everywhere, the cleaning was subpar, the bathroom had an extremely sharp smell that was sometimes unbearable, and the host had to be coaxed for answers, was very unhelpful and not solution‑oriented; we definitely won’t return.

“Pensavo di avere camera con vista lago!”

The location is in a very quiet area and the room is very spacious, but towels are charged extra, breakfast should be avoided, not all rooms have a lake view, and the location is inconvenient and far from everything.

“Un ottimo soggiorno, bello il terrazzo con vista lago!”

The spot is fantastic – I loved stepping out onto the terrace each morning for a coffee while the lake stretched out below. The staff were quick to help and the kitchen, while tasty, felt a bit cramped and didn’t even have a stove. The shower was roomy but open‑topped, so the water sprayed everywhere, and you’ll need to bring your own towels.

Our time in the junior suite was simply wonderful; the flat was fully equipped and the beds were incredibly comfortable, which made for very restful nights. The food was outstanding – a big thanks to Andrea – and we could add a buffet breakfast or order fresh pastries the day before. The location is ideal, just minutes from the lake and Velden, with parking right at the house, and Marcus and Andrea were always attentive.
