“Prima budget hotel, vlakbij station Krefeld Hbf”

As a train traveler, this hotel is perfect, right next to Krefeld main station. At 15.00 the front desk was still closed, but I could still check in at the door using a computer screen. I didn’t receive a traditional key or card, just a six‑digit code that opened both the hotel entrance and my room. The room was plain, as expected for a budget place, yet it had everything I needed: a table, hangers, a TV, a bed, and a shower with a toilet. I slept very well; the bed was very comfortable, and the optional breakfast buffet was also good quality. I didn’t notice any problems. It’s just a budget hotel with a simple look, but both sleeping and breakfast were fine, which is what matters most!

“Solides ibis mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis”

Typical ibis hotel – simple, functional and practical. You basically know what to expect and shouldn’t expect any special luxury. For an uncomplicated overnight stay, it’s more than enough. The value for money was good and overall I was satisfied. One small drawback was the evening check‑in. With no staff on site, I had to use the self‑check‑in machine, which didn’t work quite smoothly. It was a bit cumbersome and could have been handled better. Aside from that, a solid stay. Definitely recommended for a short overnight stay.

Central location. Check‑in didn’t work; at least the reception was staffed before 17:00.
