The staff were friendly, cleaning was prompt, the stay comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. Hot water runs out quickly and you must wait for the geyser to refill before the next shower. The bathroom lacks a door, so shower water inevitably spills into the adjacent area.

The staff were friendly, yet the hotel was under construction from 9:30 to 19:00 with nonstop jackhammer noise all day, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere. When I tried to leave because I couldn’t rest, they only refunded me for one night out of four. After the work stopped, dogs howled from 21:00 until 2:00, and the pool stayed shaded for almost the entire day.

The hotel overall is very pretty and comfortable, but the location is a bit far and hard to reach because of the lack of a proper road.

The location is great, away from the bustle of central Ubud, though everything else is a 15‑minute drive. The rooms are very spacious, the pool is amazing, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast isn’t included, but that’s not a big deal since there are plenty of places nearby for breakfast. I have nothing to complain about.
