The refrigerator was very small

The front desk and cafe team were great, but my room was truly filthy: crumbs and dried liquids in and around the fridge—areas we needed for my baby’s food—so I had to clean and sanitize it myself, and the cloths were black. The coffee bar, side tables and desk were also dirty, lights and fixtures hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the shower was scratched and icky. I didn’t sleep well because of the very poor cleaning job.

My family and I couldn’t enjoy anything because the rooms weren’t cleaned, and the staff could have helped with our issue.

Our first room had an infestation of ants and the bathroom smelled of urine; when we moved to our second room, the shower had multiple strands of hair in it.
