Despite the booking confirmation, the hotel was full. The staff offered no help, and the refund was denied. Only an English‑speaking woman from the area assisted me, transferred the money to her account, and then gave it back. Without her, I would have been helpless. Whether booking helped or not, we’ll leave that aside. There are better and cheaper options nearby.
