Hostel 22 matched the photos perfectly – it’s right where the listing says, with easy access to downtown and the UFF campus. The vibe is very family‑run, staff are friendly and actually seem to care about guests’ needs. The only snag is that you have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the rooms.

The host was extremely attentive and the flat had every convenience we wanted, plus a working air‑conditioner in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable and overall everything was just right.
