The location is good. We were given a room with a damp smell, a cock appeared, and we asked for a room change or refund but nothing happened. The front‑desk staff refused to let us speak with the manager. Pessimo everything!

The location was good, the lobby was clean, and the breakfast options were fresh. The room and hallways were hot, the TV in the room was broken, and there was no spare in the office because the hotel was fully booked. The ice machine on our floor was not working.

The room was nice and super comfy, and breakfast was fantastic with loads of options. It’s right where I needed to be. The door was a pain—it wouldn’t close properly, and when we got in it was already open; we had to push it a bit to shut it. They also refused to give me a receipt because I booked directly.

I have stayed there beforehand it was fine. I was checked into a room knowing the ac didn’t work and they had installed two box fans and it was still 80 degrees in there. I asked for another room and they did not have one available so I immediately checked out was not even in the room 5 minutes
