Breakfast was filling, the rooftop is great for watching the sunset over the castle! The owner helped us plan our trip and arranged a taxi to Gobekli Tepe. The room had AC, was very clean, and included a fridge so we could store leftovers.
The location is ideal, the room is comfortable.
A nice hotel near the citadel
“Great location, with a lovely little terrace cafe.”
Breakfast was great! The staff were super accommodating; one staff member handed me sandals to wear because I went barefoot to the common area, haha. The terrace was lovely in the morning with a cup of tea. The room my brother and I stayed in barely had any natural light; there was a small window in the corner that let in a bit of fresh air and daylight, but it was almost pitch black with the lights off.
“Decent option for the budget conscious traveler and good location”
We stayed two nights here and the location near the castle was great. It’s cozy with good service. The terrace offers nice views. There are two resident cats (one a kitten) that run the hotel exceptionally 😛, creating a nice atmosphere. I was in room 103, which had a double bed and a single bed; the double creaked too much so I slept on the single both nights. Once the bed is replaced, it’s absolutely fine for a budget hotel. The bathroom could use hooks for hanging clothes or towels.
