The beach was a complete disaster: the water was filled with disgusting slime that ruined the entire experience. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, the air conditioning didn’t work so we had to use a fan, and customer service was utterly inadequate. We couldn’t get our order fixed, and the guy at the front desk, who claimed to be the supervisor, was unhelpful. I saw someone in all black walking by and asked if she was the manager; she turned out to be. I wouldn’t stay at this beach hotel again. The experience was so uncomfortable that I think it was because of my race. It was a horrific experience.

I was happy with the location, but the towels were filthy—gray and I had to ask for replacements twice, which left a bad impression of the hotel's quality.
