The staff were the best we’ve ever been welcomed by at this location over the years; the room was spotless and the beds are insanely comfortable, especially for someone with severe back problems. The outdoor area is gorgeous with lake views. Breakfast has tried to improve over the years but still needs better quality; hard‑boiled eggs are a protein we appreciate, and the coffee is the best I’ve had at a hotel—Seattle’s best.

The staff and amenities are excellent, but room maintenance was lacking: a hook was missing from the back of the door, the tub barely drained, the shower sprayed in various directions, and the AC unit rumbled when it turned on.

The place was spotless and right in the middle of town, so I’ll definitely book again. They serve free breakfast and keep an open bar on the patio later in the day to unwind, and there are plenty of eateries within walking distance.

Front desk staff was very friendly & accommodating. She was able to upgrade us for an early checkin so we wouldn't miss a concert!!. Breakfast wasn't very good. The other 2x I've stayed it was really good
