Hotel Aquino Berlin

We felt right at home at Hotel Aquino and would definitely recommend it! The reception team was uniformly warm, welcoming and attentive. I had accidentally booked only one person even though I was traveling with my daughter; the issue was handled smoothly and only an extra breakfast for her was charged, which I appreciated – great service! The hotel’s location is fantastic, with easy access to many great restaurants and bars nearby. Our room was clean and overall very pleasant, though the furnishings were a bit dated in places. The mattresses were fairly soft and the pillows were noticeably worn – a refresh would be nice. Breakfast was adequate and had everything needed for a good start, but nothing extraordinary. The noise level in the breakfast area was fairly high. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives. The friendliness of the staff, the hassle‑free approach and the superb location made us feel very comfortable. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

The staff were very friendly, from check‑in to housekeeping and the restaurant crew. The room felt cozy and had tea, coffee and a kettle. The breakfast spread was impressive, covering everything you could need. The furnishings might not be ultra‑modern, but everything was in excellent condition, well maintained and spotless.

The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance to Friedrichstraße and its cultural attractions. Service was superb, and the rooms had been freshly renovated.
