The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made our stay really enjoyable. We were also really happy with the hotel's location - it's perfect for a winter getaway. However, we were a bit disappointed that there was no sauna, especially after a snowy day. We were also looking for some evening entertainment, but unfortunately, there wasn't much to do at the hotel.
