“Für eine Nacht sehr gut, zentrale Lage und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis”
The location, facilities, and staff friendliness were great; the room was overall clean, though the carpet was small and stained with many spots.

We were very satisfied with the overall experience: the service was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, the food was tasty and high‑quality, and the ambience was pleasant and elegant; everything was top‑level and the stay left a very good impression. The hotel is a great choice for a relaxing weekend in Opatija and we would definitely recommend it to others. We look forward to returning! The only downside was the lack of slippers in the room, which would be nice for guests, and a small bag of coffee with the tea.

The hotel’s location, entrance, and room were all spotlessly clean, the beds super comfy, the staff friendly, and the breakfast excellent.

The hotel is lovely, the reception girls are very welcoming and courteous, and we have no complaints except possibly improving the coffee in the restaurant. It’s clean, tidy, and the food is tasty. A special thank you to Director Branka for her exceptional hospitality and effort to make us feel at home; we will definitely come back.

The central spot is great and the view from the suite on the 6th floor is amazing, but the wooden floors outside the windows suffered from rain and need fixing.
