Excellent service and a lively, diverse neighborhood with a market and popular street shops and restaurants that only Vietnam can offer – the train station is a 7‑minute walk away, as is the Temple of Literature, and next to it are some quality jewelers.

Breakfast was tasty, free, and varied. The service was very enthusiastic and the staff friendly. No complaints.

“Celkom dobré”

I was pleasantly surprised by the tasty breakfast spread and the hotel's great location, which made it easy to explore the area. However, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of English speakers at the reception desk, and the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this hotel to others.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel, with some aspects standing out as positives and others as negatives. The location was great, and the staff were very kind, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, we were initially given a smaller room without a window, which wasn't what we had paid for. Thankfully, we were able to change rooms the next day without any issues, but the bathroom and dining room were not well-maintained and could have been cleaner.
