Everything was spot on – the loft was huge, the jacuzzi and sauna were great. The only hiccup was that the bathroom supplies were empty.

We hit a lot of snags: no indoor parking for the Covoon room, the spiral staircase was a pain with bags, no front desk, the outdoor shower after the sauna and jacuzzi didn’t work, and the staff on the phone were friendly but the on‑site team was different. We were asked to leave an hour early even though the phone said we could stay longer for a €25 hourly fee – we’d already texted the next‑day departure time.
