I liked the convenience, but the restaurant shut down 20–30 minutes early from its 10pm closing time, and the AC made a lot of noise.

The place is well insulated, close to the mall, and the staff were very friendly. I couldn’t have a drink on the outdoor terrace during the evening because the bar was still open.

Airport shuttle service. The GPS directed us to 2 other nearby properties instead of this one first. It wanted to take us to Southdale and then the airport properties first

I really liked the location and the facilities; the beds were very comfortable, and everyone in the family agreed. The breakfast was very limited, with few options, and when I ordered an omelette (for example) they charged me extra. The breakfast service was always attentive and smiling—thanks for that! Another thing that caught my eye was that they didn’t inform me at check‑in that the next day they wouldn’t clean or tidy my room. The only thing they provided was a towel service very late at night after I insisted. This needs improvement.
