“Esta bien!”
The location and the pool were great. The coffee maker never worked, and I asked for it to be replaced but it never happened.

The beds were soft, but the staff were extremely rude, the food was terrible, and there was no good customer service.

The location was decent, but the service was awful—definitely the worst Intercontinental I've stayed at.
