The location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful when asked. The pool and hot tub heater were out, so the pool was freezing; the pool area and facilities were dirty, rundown, and in need of major repairs and deep cleaning. The outside doors didn’t lock or even latch, raising safety concerns. The AC worked minimally, so we had to keep turning it down to keep the room cool. Many lights were out inside and outside the building.
