The staff were flexible and friendly, but there was a lot of street noise from cars and ambulances both nights we stayed, and the room had no air‑conditioning.

“Bene, ma senza pretese a un passo da Porta Susa”

La posizione è sicuramente strategica, sia arrivando a porta Susa che in macchina, visto che è piuttosto facile parcheggiare. Bene anche il self check-in e la facilità di ingresso-uscita. Viaggio molto e ormai mi sono abituato ad una qualità degli alloggi tendenzialmente alta, anche in strutture semplici. Al di là della semplicità del mobilio, ci sono vari segni di incuria che si fanno notare, dalla porta del bagno in comune che fatica a chiudersi, allo stato di usura di alcuni componenti della doccia. Anche la pulizia non è il massimo. Non mi ero accorto in fase di prenotazione che il bagno fosse in comune, ma soprattutto qui ho visto i maggiori margini di miglioramento. La mia personale sensazione è stata più quella di essere in un ostello

The location was excellent, just a few metres from Porta Susa station, and Francesca and Cristian were courteous, accessible and quick to respond. Everything was very clean and orderly, and I highly recommend it. One thing: the room facing the inner patio is a bit noisy (this is noted in the description). The rest is 10/10. Excellent.

It’s good for a quick stay. The bright white light everywhere is nice, though honestly it’s pretty good… The kitchen and bathroom are great, but the bedroom isn’t brilliant. It was extremely hot when we went, which made it less comfortable. The location is great and the building is nice.
