“Disappointed experience”

Nothing positive to mention. First, even though we had a confirmed booking and called ahead to tell them we'd arrive, it took ages to get our room and set up parking. The room itself was poorly maintained: a curtain was ripped and hanging unevenly, the mat in front of the bathroom was filthy and clearly uncleaned or replaced, and the bathroom was in bad shape. The hand‑held shower head was lying on the floor because its wall mount was broken—unhygienic and a clear sign of neglect. There were no basic toiletries or bath towels when we checked in; when my husband asked for them, the staff just handed him two towels and a soap, making it feel like we had to sort everything out ourselves instead of getting proper room service. The overall lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and inadequate service made our stay uncomfortable, and I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the experience.

The staff behaved well, but I didn’t stay because when I arrived they said the room was unavailable. I strongly felt they had sold my room offline at a higher price after my booking.
