Everything was simply fantastic, from the reception to the friendly staff, the breakfast in a beautiful room, and the overall experience was great! The room was very spacious in a historic building, with comfortable, high‑quality sheets and pillows. The location was marvelous, and I’ll return to Perugia just to enjoy this hospitality again.

The room was fantastic, the staff friendly, and breakfast great. It was hard to find the public garage parking, which was quite far away, but the hotel does try to give you details upfront upon arrival.

The staff were great everywhere—cleaners, porters, reception, breakfast servers and makers, and management. There was no lounge area to sit and spend some time, especially in the evenings.

It was well located, but there was no soundproofing; at 2:00 a.m. there was still 60 dB in the room. The hotel’s organization is bad, the room pictures don’t match reality, the AC is not good, etc.
