“Never come back”
Nothing good to say. We booked at Delano and within less than 24 h received an email that the hotel was closed for maintenance—unacceptable and should be removed from the booking site! I’m very upset.
“Banyan tree hotel is good but I didn't signed up for it!”
Nice stay overall. I booked Delano, but upon arrival I was moved to Banyan Tree. If Delano is closed, it should be removed from booking sites. They claimed I was upgraded, which is false. The gym staff were very rude, checking my room number repeatedly. Charging 50 dirhams for the InBody device is cheap for a Banyan hotel.

The service was solid, the pool great, the room comfortable, and the beach nearby. The check‑in process felt a little slow.
After booking, I got a call from management telling me the hotel was closed since May and that they had booked me elsewhere. That’s not acceptable for someone who already paid in full before the flight and was ready to stay; they called me only after I arrived in Dubai.
