“Great location in Porto”
I was really pleased with the hotel's location, but unfortunately, the public areas felt cramped and not very welcoming, which was a bit of a letdown.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, with a stunning view of the bridge and a beautiful spot right next to the riverfront. The breakfast was also top-notch. I couldn't find anything to complain about during my stay.

My family and I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its breathtaking waterfront location and our room's stunning view of the Luiz Bridge. The welcome treats and the staff's kindness, especially when my daughters were ill, made a huge difference. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a wide variety of local delicacies and healthy options. I couldn't think of anything to criticize.

The hotel's staff, particularly those working at the bar and restaurant, were truly outstanding and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything else was also perfectly fine.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's stunning architecture, its perfect location right by the river and square, and the friendly, helpful staff. To be honest, I didn't notice anything that needed improvement.
