“Alla scoperta di Pompei”

The villa that hosted us had a nice renovation; the rooms were spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was functional, and the owner was welcoming and put a lot of effort into satisfying guests. The area is surrounded by very narrow streets, making movement difficult; breakfast was complete but basic with limited choices; Mrs. Lucia did everything she could to make the stay enjoyable, but she had to handle everything alone, and the practical organization suffered in some respects.

“Great experience!”

Maria, the host, is very caring and always wants the best for you. She constantly recommends the best ways around the city, helps with finding a taxi, scooters, gives thoughtful tips on how to travel around Amalfi coast, shows you the best restaurants, and makes sure you get cheese, meat, eggs, juice and an amazing coffee every morning. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained. AC works well. There’s also a private car parking area with remote controlled gates. The host felt like family to us. Recommend!. Roads around the property are pretty harsh and narrow, be careful of incoming traffic whenever you try to drive out with your car, visibility is very limited. Other than that everything was great!

“Ik kom zeker een keertje terug!”

Maria’s warmth and care were top, she really gives you a home‑like feeling. The B&B is well kept, large and clean. It’s also conveniently located towards Pompeii city and the ruins. You have to know where to walk if you want to go to Pompeii city because taxis are scarce and not affordable. The sidewalks are quite sparse and they drive Italian‑style.
