Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wunderschönes Zimmer mit modernem Bad. Div.

Everything is basically in good order; the points mentioned below are just high‑level complaints for the price range offered, and they did not affect our stay. The location to the city centre is excellent. The room/house lacks any information about the Wi‑Fi password; it was only discovered after asking at the ice shop. Breakfast is served at a pastry shop about 100 m away, which I find somewhat inconvenient, but I have no suggestion for improvement.

Excellent breakfast, top‑class rolls. Helpful staff – I left the concert tickets in the room, Frau Escher photographed them and sent me the photo, and everything went smoothly.

Breakfast was exceptionally good, but the service started only at 08:30 am; a 07:30 am start would have been better in the heat. Unfortunately there is no fridge in the room, and a fan would also be welcome.

Owner‑run, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, good breakfast. The room was very hot during the heat wave.
