The property feels welcoming, well maintained, and the staff are friendly, always available and very helpful. The location is great for visiting Liwa and the desert (Moreeb dune is a 15‑minute drive). Breakfast, included with the stay, was plentiful and varied; we also dined at the hotel and appreciated the good value. The pool was beautiful—the contrast between the water, the green garden, and the dunes in the background is fantastic—and we enjoyed the stargazing activity organized in the evening. The hotel also helped us book a sunset desert excursion; the contact they provided was professional and we were very satisfied. The rooms we were given were spacious, well furnished, and had a nice terrace overlooking the pool. We stayed only one night, but we were fully satisfied with our choice. Nothing else bothered us; we liked everything.

A very nice place. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, uncrowded spot. The food is okay. The staff are great and will make your stay excellent. Nothing negative.
