The room was clean, I used the onsen three times, the staff were wonderful, and breakfast was delicious.

The staff at the breakfast hall and at check‑in were both extremely friendly, and I loved that drinks were unlimited and there was a large public bath; the breakfast itself was generally tasty and I have no complaints.
