Friendliness and the property.
Owner was rude, did not hand over the room, and cancelled the reservation on the day of arrival without any notice. Everything was terrible.
The place was gorgeous, nothing to complain about.

Nothing. Everything was bad: open location, no notice, more like a rundown shack on the outside, a room in a state of neglect, a bed that was as clean as a sink, no bidet, a tiny shower, dust everywhere, an abandoned gazebo with no outdoor lighting, a response from a person who is not delicate, a half‑broken door, soap only in the sink, one big towel, no small towel or one to put on the ground, a garbage bin and windows full of dirt and dust… I won’t say more because I don’t want to get more into a dispute.
