The receptionists were really great, made check-in a breeze.
This hotel is smack in the middle of a great part of Budapest - everything worked out perfectly for me.
The room was massive and spotless, which made for a really pleasant stay.
The breakfast was really good. I was expecting some issues, but everything seemed perfect.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was decent, and the property stayed clean.
Thank you, it was cozy, convenient, and pleasant.
The rooms weren't cleaned at all for two consecutive days even after I asked twice, and no compensation was offered; the staff were unpleasant to deal with. In normal places they try to resolve conflicts, but that didn't happen here. We ended up throwing out the trash ourselves because no one did it. The rooms are small, awkward, with an old interior and cramped for two people. The closet is too small to store anything properly. The food is modest but adequate. This is a terrible hotel that you shouldn't visit.
The location was perfect and the rooms were comfortable, everything was fine! No complaints.
The reception staff were amazing, but there was no place to put your suitcase and the room was really small; the fridge was also poorly positioned.
