Nothing about this stay pleased us. Opening the door released a stale smell, the bathroom was covered in spiderwebs and hair everywhere, and the bathtub didn’t work—even though we’d paid for the VIP apartment specifically for the tub. When we called the staff, they shrugged and said, “It’s broken, goodbye.” One night was pure nightmare. The floor in one toilet was dirty, there was no toilet paper, and only one towel was provided for the whole party. I can guarantee it’s not worth the €80 for a single night.

The staff were 10/10. Almost the whole stay the hot water was unreliable (on the last night I learned there was a problem that was being fixed). The small gym turned out to be an old story, and the sauna was also outdated.

Overall I was really happy with my stay, the hotel had a great atmosphere. My only gripe was with the decor in the room - some of the icons or whatever didn't really do it for me.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly, which was a plus. But, my room was a bit of a disaster - they had left some expired snacks, there were a few things missing that I expected, and the bedding was dirty. Not great.
