Hotel Feliz

The room was clean, and we finished our day on the rooftop terrace. We were able to borrow two beach umbrellas. However, the room was extremely noisy; sometimes we could hear guests chatting in the adjacent room. At 8.15 am we were woken by the loud cleaning crew. At first glance the room looked renovated because of the furniture, but on closer inspection it still felt plain and dated.

“Skön, avkopplande semester i familjär miljö.”

I liked the family‑friendly atmosphere, the cleanliness, fantastic staff, great breakfast, and good food in the restaurant. Towels were provided for the pools. The beds and air‑conditioning were comfortable. It was close to bus stops for both Palma and the beaches. The only downside was that the single elevator felt a bit cramped for me with a knee operation, though stairs were available. For me, it could have been completely smoke‑free on the terraces and pool area, not in the rooms.

“Wygodna przystań w czasie zwiedzania Palma de Mallorca i okolic.”

The hotel met our expectations. It was very clean, and we were satisfied with the quality of service; at every step we noticed the courtesy and competence of the staff. A major convenience was the ability to use the terrace and the sanitary hub after check‑out while waiting for a later flight. No issues.

“Muy buena ubicación cerca del puerto de Palma”

The room I got was on the terrace with stunning views. The hotel is very good overall, and the staff are very friendly! Nothing I didn’t like.

“Hotel feliz indeed”

The staff were amazing, especially Alicia and Cicie who were such a joy. The restaurant food was fantastic; I was surprised because hotel restaurants usually aren’t this good. Everyone seemed genuinely happy and passionate about their work. Don’t skip breakfast—my first morning I regretted it deeply. Everything was delicious and fresh for €10. Nothing negative.
