A cozy, quiet spot with charming lodging, roomy rooms and comfortable beds. Coffee or tea was included in the breakfast price. The staff were friendly, and the rose‑scented bath was a pleasant surprise. No extra IFA fee was charged; it was all in the booking cost. Chioggia and Sottomarina are reachable by car, the old town is pretty and believable, fishing here is still a real activity, and in summer there are great beach swimming options. The main road to Chioggia crosses a marshy lagoon, which is a special experience. One room had a private bathroom with a “clacking” toilet that was very noisy at night, not worth using then. Only a few outlets accepted the Hungarian plug. The double bed shared a blanket. These aren’t negatives, just useful facts!
