I contracted food poisoning (not from the hotel but a boat cruise) and Methin and his staff treated me like their favorite grandmother. They were caring and wonderful. The hotel is close to the Blue Mosque and the Hagie Sophia, and it’s within walking distance to the old city. Nothing negative.

Another great stay at Hotel Spectra; the location is great, the staff are great, and the food & beer are great. I’ll come back again.

The breakfast was a classic Turkish spread and tasted great, but the shower area had a thick layer of mold.

The location and breakfast were good, but the room was very small.

The location was excellent, making it super convenient to visit most of the historic center from that neighborhood, and the breakfast was rich and satisfying – highly recommended :D. However, the bathroom and windows on the first floor were a bit small.
