The location was very good and the rooms were comfortable. I loved the outdoor garden area and the online communication was easy. The only downside was that no staff were available in person except at breakfast. The glass door to the bathroom and shower felt a bit unsettling, and the lights would turn on automatically when moving around the room instead of being manually controlled.

100% Weiterempfehlung von unserer Seite! Die Casa do Rio Charm Suites sind geräumig, originell und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und werden von 2 freundlichen Damen, vermutlich Mutter und Tochter, geführt. Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, die Marmeladen hausgemacht, Brot und Croissants warm und es gab köstlichen, frisch gepressten Orangensaft!. Das ist jetzt jammern auf hohem Niveau: aber wie in vielen Unterkünften könnten auch hier ein paar Haken mehr praktisch sein!

The location was good. The air conditioner emitted a strong, foul odor like rotten eggs, so strong that we had to turn it off and leave the windows open all night. It was Saturday night, so it was very loud. Maybe a dead animal in the system or a gas leak? The options were limited, and the place wasn’t very clean—there was a big hair in the fridge.
