The location was good and the S‑bahn was reachable quickly; the staff could not speak German or English, the beds were dirty and so was the floor, and there was no staff to complain to; at check‑out only the key was taken and communication was impossible.

I’ve never stayed at a hotel worse than this one in 2026. The front‑desk lady spoke only Asian languages, and the room turned out to be a cramped attic on the 5th floor with harsh lighting. Narrow, steep stairs in the old building had low ceilings in places. The bed was too narrow and short. Breakfast was bland and severely cut back. I’ll never return.
