The Double or Twin Room on the ground floor sleeps two and includes a wardrobe or closet for storage. A flat‑screen TV with cable channels, free WiFi and a stocked minibar are provided, and the private bathroom also contains a minibar. The en‑suite bathroom features a toilet, and towels or sheets are available for an extra fee; wake‑up service can be arranged and access to upper floors is by stairs only.

“Bom custo benefício!”
The spot is convenient because it’s close to the city center and Iracema Beach, and the breakfast is decent. The bathroom door didn’t latch properly, and the single beds are bunk beds!
The location and breakfast were fine, but the air conditioning turned off by itself, the bathroom was cramped with a leaking toilet and sink, the doors had termites, and the beds were very old with “holes” when we lay down.
“Pelo custo, é considerada uma boa estadia.”
Breakfast is excellent, with unlimited water, and the surroundings are clean… the mattress was the only downside.
