A great hotel with the bus station right outside, so you can get into Vienna in a good quarter of an hour. Beautiful classic hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

A pretty cozy hotel in the centre of Klosterneuburg, near Vienna, very well located on the train line, about 150 metres from the local station. On arrival, we were lucky enough to be greeted by an exceptionally kind young lady, who later turned out to be a member of the owner’s family. She briefly told us about the history of the hotel and explained the rules for entering and leaving the hotel after working hours. She spoke impeccable British English. During our brief three‑day stay, we enjoyed the hotel’s delicious breakfasts, both indoors and outdoors. The breakfast staff were always just as helpful and courteous as the lady from the owner’s family. I would recommend this hotel to those who appreciate personal attention and are tired of the soullessness of coded lockboxes at reception and never bumping into anyone who works hard behind the scenes to ensure the comfort of the guests.
The reception was great and helpful with parking. The room was beautiful and spacious. Breakfast had a personal touch. The hot water in the shower took a long time, which was a pity.
