The staff are very welcoming and ready to help whenever you need something, but the lighting could be better and more strategically placed; it’s quite dark there, especially for us older folks.

The place is in a good spot, yet it needs updating—there were cracks in the bathroom tile, the carpet was old, a sheet had a small hole, and the iron left a burn mark on a shirt; we found that the iron itself needed cleaning.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean.

Being close to BSW hospital was convenient for my early‑morning visit, but the mattress was too soft for my taste, the room lacked adequate lighting, and there was a lot more needed.

I liked the comfortable room and the great spot, but it would have been better if there were a separate living area.
