The staff were charming, the room and bathroom were good, and the hotel’s setting was nice, yet the property did not match the advertised description, lacked exterior maintenance, the pool was unusable, and there was no food service.

Breakfast was mediocre, and when the ownership changed and the hotel stopped operating a restaurant, it would have been honest to inform guests who had booked, especially since it is far from Mundunk; fortunately, the new restaurant is excellent and highly recommended, but the pool is very dirty and unusable.

The hotel was quiet but still had roosters nearby; a shuttle could take you to Munduk in 15 minutes on request at no extra cost; breakfast was simple, homemade, and pleasant; the rooms were large with mosquito nets; the staff were very pleasant; a nearby warang was the best part of our stay. I was slightly disappointed because the hotel lacked maintenance, the staff seemed unaware of what needed fixing, especially the uncleaned pool and dirty lounge chairs; it was our most expensive hotel for the trip, so I was quite let down.

“Uitstekende licatie in de 'outback' van Manduk”

The room was spacious with good facilities; the staff were very friendly and helpful; a free taxi service to Manduk and the waterfalls was provided. The pool was a bit less impressive.
