The room environment was great, staff attitude very good, we received a bonus upon arrival, a gift waiting at reception in our room, they served welcome fruit, excellent attitude. However, the restaurant in no way lived up to a five‑star hotel; it felt like a military mess hall. The waiters wandered among guests, there were no tablecloths, and they simply moved around the tables with a cart, like on a train, offering two kinds of beer and non‑alcoholic drinks that you had to pick up from the cart. On the second row of the cart there was literally nothing. It was not five‑star, just a regular army‑style cafeteria.
