The spot is in a quiet area, one‑way road with free parking, and the place feels very secure and spotless. Annie, a cuddly little white dog, made a great host. Ian and Tracey were attentive and helpful, well done guys. The TV could use a bit more attention.

This place is brilliant to stay in—warm and welcoming, clean, with nice breakfasts that even picky kids enjoy. We arrived drenched in torrential rain, and Tracy kindly offered to dry our clothes, which I appreciated a lot. I’d book again.

Free parking, comfortable rooms, great hosts, and a fantastic breakfast with plenty of options. We stayed in the family room and couldn’t fault it; it was very spacious, quiet, and everything nearby. I’d recommend it and would stay again if we visit Blackpool.

Ian and Tracy were great, very welcoming, and the B&B was good; I’d stay again. The breakfast choice was excellent, the room was great, and parking was convenient.

Ian & Tracy are super welcoming and sweet. The rooms are beautiful, bright, and clean, matching the pictures we saw. The breakfast is fantastic and freshly made, and they were very kind to serve it early so my daughter could get to her dance competition on time. We had a great experience and will stay there again if we come to Blackpool.
