“Happy to have chosen this hotel for our last night in London.”

The hotel looked clean and modern, with the elevator landing finished in colorful, shiny marble, just one example. The desk clerk let me borrow the hotel ironing board and iron, and set it up for me. I wasn’t feeling well the morning after my son and I arrived; I woke with an episode of vertigo, and the kitchen staff kindly let me take breakfast back to my room, and said not to worry about returning the dishes, just leave them in the room for later pickup. The appearance, service, and consideration offered here were all that I could ask for and more. I also liked that the hotel was in a convenient location, close to parks and good restaurants.

Quarto muito bom. Localização excelente!. O café da manhã poderia ser mais diversificado. Ficamos três dias e era o mesmo cardápio. Poucas opçōes

“Location is excellent but service needs to improve”

The breakfast was disappointing with very limited choice. The room allocated to me was between floors so had to drag my luggage as no direct access to lift
