The reception check‑in went smoothly and the ladies were very friendly, but the food and beverage service was awful: we ordered water and drinks, yet no glass was provided for the water. When I brought this up to the manager, he didn’t apologise or show any empathy; instead he was very rude, which makes me feel the rest of the staff lack professionalism.

The place is beautiful and clean, and the surrounding area is quiet with a lovely mall right next to it; check‑in was quick and the staff were friendly. The swimming pool is large and the water is clean 👌. The restaurant, however, should serve a full breakfast with all the favourite drinks (🍵 ☕️ 🫖) and I didn’t want to pay extra for those drinks when I already paid the full breakfast price.
