I had a terrible experience; the staff’s behavior was unacceptable and communication was completely missing.
“Good location, but overpriced for what you get”
My stay was a mixed bag, with some redeeming qualities and a few major drawbacks. The hotel's proximity to amenities and the availability of a restaurant on premises were definite pluses, but the patchy service and numerous issues with our room, including thin walls, a loud air conditioner, and a moldy bathroom, left a lot to be desired.
Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a series of miscommunications and mistakes, starting with the hotel's refusal to honor our request for a twin bed, despite it being available.
