The staff were pleasant and professional; we were on a business trip and had no issues with the check‑in. The room was spacious, clean, and had air conditioning. Breakfast, which is included in the price, was tasty. The on‑site restaurant served good food at reasonable prices. I recommend it. The room felt cool in September, but the AC warmed it up. The mattresses were not very comfortable.

Good day! I’m truly grateful to the hotel for a wonderful stay in room 15, giving it the highest score. A special thank you to the administrator on the day of my arrival, 26 July – a lovely woman – and I sincerely hope the owners appreciate her skill in resolving conflicts. Overall, I have no complaints; in fact, thanks to the sensible, knowledgeable, and diplomatic administrator, check‑in went flawlessly. I also appreciate the kitchen: tasty and generous breakfasts, and the option to choose from the previous evening’s menu for the next day. My trip to Ukraine left only positive impressions! Because of the war, I had to leave my hometown Kharkiv for Europe, yet no one ever scolded me for my imperfect Ukrainian; a special thanks to the entire service staff for that. I also want to thank the older gentleman, a craftsman, who helped adjust the blinds in my room due to an incorrect initial setup. All staff are top‑class, and I hope the owners and the restaurant complex value this. That gentleman deserves a bonus for his attentiveness and professionalism. I’ll gladly stay with you again, and I anticipate needing such service at least twice in the next 6–12 months. I recommend Focus Hotel Khust! You won’t regret the money or the time spent. Everything was liked!

We’re staying here again, and everything is to my liking: clean rooms, convenient location, and tasty breakfasts. It’s a bit noisy, and the room faced the road.

Excellent location, friendly staff, delicious food. The entire complex offers places to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant with a summer terrace is superb, and the prices are reasonable.
