The place is stunning—everything surpassed our expectations. The room was huge, the breakfast and lunch buffets were incredible, high tea was a treat, and all the bars and rooms were delightful. We stayed inside the hotel all day because it was so amazing, and the staff were all very helpful and lovely.

The property is very well managed with dedicated staff and plenty of amenities. It might feel a bit far from the city centre for some, but that quietness is a definite advantage.

The hotel is extremely clean and quiet, with spacious rooms, new luxurious bedding, and an excellent location close to metro stations. A shuttle bus runs every half hour from 8 am to 5 pm to the K Central complex. The glass bathroom wall can’t be locked from the inside; I suggest extending the shuttle’s operating hours into the night and adding a bus to both the Phuket Bintan and Twin Tower areas.

The location is great, but the staff’s efficiency is low. Check‑in took over 20 minutes, and I had to request the invoice several times—at check‑in, check‑out, and even after leaving—yet received no response.

The rooms and interior design are fantastic. The only drawback is that there are no malls or eateries nearby.
