Breakfast was fine, the location had good accessibility. Dinner offered only one dish with no further choice, the music was too loud, and the reception had no staff – I waited 30 minutes.
“Príjemná atmosféra, hodila by sa postupne rekonštrukcia”
It’s an older property but fully equipped (wardrobes, chairs, a kids’ corner, …) in a pleasant setting near the lake. The chefs try to rotate the breakfast buffet and keep it stocked. The staff at the pension are cheerful and communicative. During our stay a ladies’ razor was found in the bathroom, there were cobwebs around every window, and blinds were missing (the windows are unusual but a blind would be useful on the roof). The room furnishings are already quite worn and worn out.
You can walk with your dog; on the other side of the hotel you could go to the field and that path led to a beach where the dog was welcome. The bed was very hard and the spring was noticeable. Breakfast was tasty but ran out quickly and wasn’t refilled. Some staff members walked away from it. The trash cans around the hotel were overflowing. Staff only appeared around 7:15 am; you can’t get coffee or tea beforehand. The room hygiene could have been better, an unpleasant smell lingered.
“Velké zklamání”
The only thing I liked was the smiling and friendly lady at reception. The apartment was great size, but the bathroom light was awful, the toilet didn’t flush well, the towels smelled (luckily we brought our own), and the hair dryer was only listed when we booked. We only managed one breakfast, which was far below the price of 271 Kč; we arrived before 8:30 am and almost nothing was left. A young man from the kitchen peeked in, after about 10 minutes brought a slice of omelette, and later some bread pieces. Other guests came after us and they were also not enthusiastic. We took the last two coffee cups and I had to ask for milk. We’ll never return or recommend this place.
