We never stayed there because we received a message saying the place was no longer available. We thought we had booked but didn’t get confirmation, so we scrambled to find other accommodation. I didn’t like that we couldn’t talk to the owners directly and had to deal with the booking platform. We couldn’t connect to their system to see if we actually had a place, and as it turned out we were charged but never confirmed a reservation.
