Accessible to all tourist spots in Ipoh old town, the air conditioning was cold, and the staff were friendly. The printer was not functioning during check‑in, there was no queue guidance, a lady just cut the queue and went straight to the counter while me and another lady waited our turn, and we waited approximately 10‑15 minutes for check‑in because the lady jumped the queue.

Very fussy about giving us towels. We had 4 in our room and we constantly gt two new towels. On the last day, they refused to give us any towels. A shame as it was a great hotel otherwise

The guard and receptionist were helpful, and the driver was friendly, but parking was limited and far away, the shuttle van broke down, and we had to walk a long distance to the car park. Checking in at level 12 was inconvenient, and there was no front‑desk staff at the ground floor; only the guard was available. I wouldn’t recommend this place and the hotel should improve its system.

Big family room. Limited parking spaces which hampered our plans. You have to be parked elsewhere and rely on a hotel van. There were only 2 power outlets, with a non-working one, which effectively left us with one
